Ryan has been part of Michigan cannabis since its caregiver-based days. He brings more than a decade of cannabis growing, processing, and marketing experience, plus CPG experience from PepsiCo across brand development, retail execution, category space management, and customer relationships.

Jonathan leads scientific work for Lion Labs, with a PhD in Biomedical and Biological Sciences from Oakland University. His background spans preclinical cancer and stem cell biology research, biotech sales, product development, and partnerships with regulatory, scientific, and educational organizations.

Erik brings 18 years of PepsiCo operations and sales leadership to Lion Labs. He focuses on sourcing, wholesale architecture, go-to-market retail strategy, and operational planning across the organization.

Mike is a co-founder of Element and Lion Labs and a long-time cannabis extraction operator. He oversees core processing standards across extraction methods, supports innovation, and leads cultivation partner vetting and integration.

Catalina brings more than seven years of cannabis experience across cultivation, retail, processing, supply chain, and quality control. She manages supply-chain work, improves operating processes, and helps maintain discipline and consistency across Element products.

Nicole joined Lion Labs in 2023 after more than a decade in cannabis marketing. Her background includes brand ambassador leadership, multi-state brand expansion, and retailer marketing partnerships.
